Sarah is an independent yoga teacher offering her services to the clientele of Garden State Strength and Fitness. Sarah has been teaching Yoga for the past 14 years. Her classes focus on alignment and breathwork and are very challenging yet accessible to everyone. With a focus on Biomechanics, Sarah will lead you through a class that will help you become stronger and more flexible in the most efficient way possible. You will leave her classes feeling empowered and blissful. Sarah is skillful in her approach to teaching the poses and will tailor the practice to fit the needs of the students in front of her. She is experienced in working with people with chronic pain and injuries as well as athletes of all kinds.
